SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Tepito Coffee works to ensure that all packages are shipped in a timely fashion. Orders placed after 8 am PST on Fridays will and ship the following Monday.
Please note that it takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Note on your product details if any items are set as a pre-order. Depending on the shipping option you selected, it will take an additional 1-5 days for your order to arrive. A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment delivery is scheduled. Please refer to this tracking number for updates.
Tepito Coffee offers complimentary shipping on orders shipping within the US over $100. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes, and the international shipping prices are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Allow a few hours for tracking to update.
Tepito Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misrouted shipments. Please be sure to enter the correct ship-to address. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute shipment.

REFUND POLICY
Tepito does not offer refunds on bagged coffee or apparel. We only accept returns on faulty or defective merchandise. If you need to return a purchase, email info@tepitocoffee.com with order number and the reason for the return.
Subscription members can cancel at any time.
